Spa Policy & Guidelines
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals will not receive
extension of scheduled appointments.




A credit card must be provided to reserve all services and spa packages.

No refunds on gift certificates. They can only be exchanged for services.
Prices are subject to change without notice.




A 50% cancellation fee will be charged, if you cancel less than 24 hours notice, no call or no show.




We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and cash. No personal checks.




Eighteen (18%) gratuity will be included in the final price of the service.




Our therapists will leave the treatment room while you disrobe. They are professional and are trained
to keep you properly draped at all times.

Please refrain from bringing valuables into the Spa, we will not assume responsibility for any lost items.
